		<description><![CDATA[I wound some wire around a dowel. It looked like a spring. Then I cut through the spring with my saw, to make the jump rings. That way I didn&#039;t need to file them flat, just matched up the edges for a tight fit. If I cut them with pliers/nippers I would have had to file the ends of the wire flat before matching them up.
Just found a small piece of 16 ga. so I&#039;ll try that too.]]></description>
