It’s a great idea. But I was busy in the studio today, after several days away, so photographs were not at the top of my list. I did take my camera with me when I walked to the post office. Nothing too exciting along the way. Before I headed back into the studio, I looked to see something green and edible coming up in my garden, at last.
Chives! A sure sign of spring, even though 3 to 6″ of snow is forecast for the end of the week.
ai yi yi! us, too…maybe 10″! thank goodness it wasn’t last friday!!!

Yikes! The only thing saving us is being on the coast. They are predicting much more inland. You guys sure have been dumped on this year. You are so right. We would have been in great despair if it had snowed like that last week. I wish we were heading to Ed and Virginia’s together tomorrow.

I guess those will be frozen chives, then. Enjoy the green while you can. Maybe have a baked potato, heavy on the chives, soon?

Bruce has half of his lobster traps back in the water. We’re talkin’ lobster fettuchini with chives!!
Congratulations on today. It sounds like a big relief.

Today was a huge relief! It’s still sinking in. If I’d had to come home with those drains, it would have been ugly!

Don’t try to take on the whole world today just because they are gone!
As in, aren’t you still supposed to lay low for a little longer, even without the drains?

I’m laying low still, I promise! In fact, I’ve been so lazy today I’m actually tired from it. Sheesh, I wonder if I will even remember how to live my regular life once I get it fully back.

I bet you get more snow than we do. We’re only supposed to get 3 to6″ I think.
We’ll see. I hope it’s rain. I’m done with the white stuff!
