  1. If I had your sunsets – and your camera skills – I would blow these pictures up and paper each and every wall in my home with these images! Lovely, indeed!

      Thanks Patti. Actually, it was just a matter of being in the right place at the right time: dinner at the local island restaurant, and many interruptions to run outside and point and shoot. No special camera or skills. (I always have to straighten out mu horizons, though. Thank you to iPhoto!)

      Possibly….
      This is the first time I’m thinking ahead of time about the workshop. As in, what might I change on some of my previous paintings….
      Here’s a question for the master:
      If I bring a photo with me to the site of the plein air group, and I paint from the photo but I’m still outside, does it count as plein air?!
